Lee at REVS Automative, is honestly the best car salesman I've met. Honest, up front, informative and as you'd expect, knowledgeable. He was a joy to deal with from the start, not really helped by me and my daughter winding him up from the start, he took it all in good humour. I absolutely adore my Evoque 2.2, it had a couple of little niggles, but REVS sorted everything out, and when I picked it up today, I was so excited by how gorgeous it looks. I hate driving, but now I'll be going all over the place in it. I would, absolutely recommend REVS Automotive (Boston), to anyone looking for a quality vehicle from genuinely honest and knowledgeable dealers, nothing was too much trouble for them, 5 star service and I would definitely use them again. Great stock and first class service throughout the purchase of my new (to me) car. Turned up just before they were due to close last Saturday , viewed, test drove the car and agreed the purchase. Picked up my car Wednesday. Dealt with Lee throughout the whole process who stayed in touch and kept me up to date on what was happening.
Gave good advice on warranties and even played a video to make sure I understood all of the information available to me.
When I picked up the car I was greeted with a gift from the dealership.
Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a car to use Revs.

As per other reviews, brilliant service from Darren, Lee and the team at REVS. I recently bought a 2019 Citroen C3 Aircross from them and the entire process was a breeze.

We drove over 2h to view the car and Darren made sure me, my wife and baby were well looked after on arrival. The car itself was perfectly presented and Darren was able to talk me through the car's condition, how they'd address some standard service issues and wasn't pushy when I said I needed to think about it on the drive home.

Agreeing a price, including a good deal to have it delivered, was straightforward and Darren kept me up to date on progress ahead of delivery. As other reviews mention, the complimentary gift box on purchase was a really thoughtful touch!

I'd highly recommend REVS to anyone looking for a great deal on a car - wonderful service from start to finish!

All the cars keenly priced, well presented etc. Then I Saw the car I've just bought from them, Initially having contact with Darren and then Lee when I Went to view it, a solo test drive later and some negotiating with Lee and a deal was struck. We popped into Revs just to browse really, as we were thinking about purchasing a new car in the near future.
Darren came over, introduced himself and said to let him know if we wanted to test drive any cars and any questions he would be around. Once we had expressed an interest in a car, that's when he gave us more information.
This service was great for us as we don't like being bombarded by sales people trying to make a deal as soon as you walk in somewhere.
Everything was really easy to sort and we walked away a couple of hours later having purchased our new car.
Communication from both Darren and Lee has been great throughout.
And the extra touch of the gift box left in the car upon collection was a great touch, our son enjoyed building his lego animal.

Never liked looking for a new car as it's always a pain! Found out about Revs which was very local through Auto Trader and booked to view and test drive a bmw X2 with Lee. During the viewing Darren came out and spoke to me about the car, when they got it, and how long it's been sitting there. We had a look around the car and pointed out that the tail lights had a hole in it and he made me aware they are in the process of replacing it. The car also had some mold on the boot carpet and the seatbelts which was worrying but he reassured they would get properly dried out as there was moisture inside the car. The car battery unfortunately died which my partner was concerned with especially on top of the other faults we noticed. The car was what I was looking for so I stayed till the battery was charged up and we took it for a test drive, I might have been a bit excited for it and thought the price was great for the mileage and the age of the vehicle and also its condition so I spoke to Darren about the issues it had and he reassured me the car would be valleted and dried out properly if I do decide to have the car, they will replace the battery and the rear lights. Darren was friendly, not pushy, straight forward and down to earth about his business. I opted for a part exchange for my current car which also had issues and Darren gave me a good price that covered the settlement of my remaining finance and extra money to put towards the new car! I signed the paper and a week later I picked up the new car and all the concerns were sorted at no extra charge, the car was immaculate and like new despite its age, properly dry with no moisture whatsoever. Lee helped me with the hand over and paperwork and he was also very helpful and straight forward! I was very impressed with the amount of work they put in to make sure the car's in good condition and bonus points for the thank you hamper I got with the car which had goodies and car cleaning stuff which I was surprised with! They also booked me in for the new cars MOT with no charge. It's been about 2 months now since I got the car and have no problems with it fingers crossed, and even so I'm confident the boys there would be more than happy to help! Top notch service and how buying a car should be! No pushing for sale and no cutting corners, I would use Revs from now on and hopefully in the far future get another car from them! Thank you guys!

2 weeks ago I was looking for a new car, spent a while looking around for a decent honest looking place to buy from. Luckily I came across Revs that had plenty of great reviews which also only happened to 30 mins from me. Well the reviews were right the guys are great to deal with, very approachable, very relaxed and would make even the most nervous buyer feel at ease. Needless to say I found car that I liked took it for a test drive checked it over and it was in immaculate condition. After a chat about it and checking a few details I decided to purchase it and pick it up a few days later. Pick up day was also great, everything was sorted quickly and was driving away in my new car in about an hour. The little goodie box was also a very nice personal touch, I can't recommend them enough and will definitely be back when I am looking for a another car

We live in Guernsey and had been searching for a Honda e. After spotting one for sale at Revs, we contacted Darren. The service he provides is second to none. After our initial enquiry, Darren sent a very comprehensive video of the car which gave us the confidence to make the purchase from afar. The price was the most competitive we found on the market and Darren had the car serviced (two new tyres and brakes) after the sale was agreed and before we collected it. He organised the MOT and car tax and made sure it was fully charged for collection. An excellent end to end buying experience. We found the car online but are not local so Tyrone offered to send a video of the car and related paperwork so we could decide if we wanted to proceed before travelling down. Delivery was also offered but we opted to pick the car up in person. Communication to arrange collection was easy. When we arrived to collect the car everything was exactly as described/seen and the repairs and cleaning that were noted as required in the earlier video were done. Aftercare has also been great. Highly recommend - Revs will be the first place we go next time we're looking for a used car.

I was unable to get the car back and swap the car with the van so they delivered the van to me and took the courtesy car back. Big or Corporate car dealers would do well to look at REVS business model they could learn a thing or two. I drove off their forecourt a happy man. Reviews are about honesty, there was a very minor issue with the car once I'd taken ownership but a quick and painless phone call to Darren and Becky and it was resolved without quibble or hassle and in under 24hrs. Impressive and once again bigger dealers should take note. The welcome pack is a nice gesture and rounds off the whole event, although I didn't get to see the contents my wife assures me they were delicious. The level of Customer Service is excellent, and the level of professionalism is second to none . From the moment I arrived at the garage I never felt under pressure to buy a vehicle. Upon arriving to pick up my car I was taken through all the relevant information and again felt relaxed when I asked any questions. I was even given a gift of a box of treats. Genuine 5 star service.
Due to a change in family circumstances I found myself needing to change my car sooner than I thought. Buying a 2nd hand car always feels like a bit of a lottery, and I'm always a bit dubious of going by '5 star' reviews. So REVS was a refreshing change. I vaguely knew what car I wanted and REVS seemed to have the best example, despite being a 4 hour drive away. The first phone call put my mind at rest somewhat, and contained none of the hard-sell that I was expecting. the 2 people I dealt with, Darren and Nick, knew their cars inside out, and answered the queries that I had honestly and without prevarication. They appreciated that I was travelling a large distance and so did everything they could over the phone. The part-exchange process was simple too, with no over the top haggling or tyre-kicking when I brought my car in. I bought the car, a Jaguar, and the whole process was both smooth and professional. REVS appear to have set up fairly recently and seem determined to bring a thoroughly fair and professional outlook to the 2nd hand car market. This is often an area that comes in for a lot of stick, sometimes fairly so, sometimes not, but I would recommend REVS without hesitation. Even at 200+ miles away from me I will be using them whenever I need a car from now on. I wish them all the best, we need more dealers with their attitude towards the market and customer service.

Darren the owner is a genuine guy and the cars he's selling are well prepared and priced. If you're looking for a second hand car up to about £10k then I would definitely recommend having a look you won't be disappointed.

As soon as we met Darren, we instantly knew he was a genuine guy. He was very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us, yet gave us the freedom to look things over and go for a test drive by ourselves, without any pressure. We fell in love with the car and he explained everything to us very clearly. It was immaculate when we collected it a few days later and it drove beautifully. He even gave us a courtesy call later that evening to check that all was well. The whole process was stress free and very straight forward.
